Placing an order

If you'd like to place an order please contact us via sales@dedishack.com or alternatively follow through the order links available on the dedicated server section. We accept payments via paypal, credit card, bank transfer and cheque (subject to clearing).

We aim to respond to all emails within the hour during office hours; Monday to Friday, 9:00AM till 5:00PM (GMT). If you have an urgent inquiry please email support@dedishack.com and we'll get back contact you as soon as possible.

For technical related support please login to our customer support area and or email us, if you're an existing client you'll have access to our support phone numbers in the case of an emergency.

Billing

If you have an issue with your billing account, please contact our billing department by submitting a support ticket via the customer support area, or email billing@dedishack.com. Please ensure that your contact details are kept up-to-date.
